Lorraine Fradette is the Associate Director of Operations of CanHepC. Lorraine has a master’s degree in Biomedical Science from the Université de Montréal and has worked in research management and support for over 15 years in Canada and oversees. She has gained international network management experience while working at University College London in the UK and has contributed to the development of CanHepC for the past five years. Lorraine is able to navigate research environments with ease and has excellent knowledge of the infectious disease field.
Lorraine is responsible for the management, operations and continued development of CanHepC. She oversees the implementation of CanHepC's research priorities, manages grant administration, annual reporting and financial matters. Lorraine also supports the overall governance structure, facilitates integration with the different research areas, champions partnership building and stakeholder relations, leads internal and external communication promoting CanHepC visibility, and leads our Knowledge Translation platforms including being responsible for the national coordination of the Regional HCV Elimination Roadmap project.
