Brendan Harney is a postdoctoral research fellow at Centre de recherche du CHUM. His PhD was on achieving and sustaining hepatitis C elimination among gay and bisexual men which was completed at Burnet Institute and Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He has also led research evaluating nurse-led hepatitis C models of care in community settings including harm reductions, homeless and mental health services in Melbourne. His research in Montreal is focused on developing a deeper understanding of structural drivers of hepatitis C outcomes to inform service delivery.
