The 3rd Canadian Symposium on Hepatitis C Virus took place in Toronto in February 2014 under the theme “Expanding care for HCV-infected Individuals”. Specifically discussed were the challenges of delivering care to special populations of HCV-infected persons as well the need for a Canadian HCV action plan to guide provision of prevention, care and treatment for all Canadian HCV-infected or at risk.
